This sounds a lot like when you're trying to boogey board in the ocean, and you time it wrong and the wave eats you and trashes you against the bottom until you roll up on the shore. Except it's more like this:
Okay. Okay! Whoa man! Whoa! Whoa!
Air-knocked-out-of-you!
Dizzy.
Pound. Roll. POUND! Twist.
Roll.
Slide.
Cough.
